for a historic walk at the Granite Railway Quarry & Inclined Plane Railway - part of the first commercial railroad in America! This interpretive tour is free of charge and will be led by Al Bina and Tom Bonomi of the Quincy Quarry and Granite Workers Museum. The tour terrain is rocky, good footwear advised.

The Purpose of the Quincy Quarry and Granite Workers Museum is:

  • To foster interest in the historical granite industry in Quincy.
  • To preserve historical information and material related to Quincy granite.
